WINTERSUN IN SICILY

SOFT WINTER LIGHT BETWEEN VOLCANO, BAROQUE AND SEA BREEZE
from February 4 to 9, 2026

Imagine waking up on a mild February morning with 16 degrees Celsius and a brilliantly blue sky. Winter in Sicily reveals itself at its most beautiful. Together, we set out on a photo exploration tour where you will discover the island’s calm and authenticity in winter. The cities are almost empty, and the long queues at the sights have disappeared.

Sicily in Silence and Authenticity
We stroll through the colorful markets of Catania, breathe in the clear air of the Etna Regional Park, and marvel at the snow-covered peaks of the mighty volcano. In the magnificent Baroque cities of Syracuse and Noto, we dive deep into a bygone era. In the picturesque fishing village of Marzamemi, the fresh sea breeze softly brushes our faces. These are moments of pure relaxation that we capture in our photographs.

Culinary Delights and Winter Charm
We indulge in Mediterranean Sicilian cuisine and the fine wines of the region, enjoying the special atmosphere of Sicily in winter – full of peace and pleasure. For me, this is a truly special time to experience Sicily. Join me, and together we will embrace the winter sun and the southern Italian island lifestyle.
