WHY I DO LOVE TRAVELING
Ever since I can remember, traveling has been part of my life. I certainly inherited the travel gene from my father, who, even at the age of 83, spends every free minute planning trips to near and far away countries.
I love the unknown, discovering new cities and countries. I love getting in touch with people, getting to know and understanding their way of thinking. My travel focus is on Europe. I have already traveled to many countries on our beautiful continent, but a few are still on my list.
Has this ever happened to you? There are places where you feel at home right away, and then there are places that you don't warm up to, even though they obviously have a lot of beautiful things to offer.
A country that particularly fascinates me and that I keep being drawn to is Italy, especially the southern part of the boot. Most German-speaking tourists don't make it this far and often get stuck in the northern part. In my opinion, here in the South a certain magic prevails. I love the originality, the beauty and the serenity that radiates from this piece of earth.

As a passionate graphic designer, I have always been fascinated by images, shapes and colors. But it was a trip to Nice in spring 2005 that sparked my true passion for photography. With my first digital camera in hand, I discovered the magic of the moment - capturing impressions instantly, experimenting with perspectives and cropping. Since then, my camera and smartphone have been my constant companions on all my travels.
Ten years later, in 2015, I finally combined both passions, traveling and photography. I organized city breaks and photo tours through Europe and discovered the beauty of cities like Prague, Vienna, Budapest, Rome and Florence. Of course, I also returned to Nice, the place where it all began. In 2021, I took the next step and founded a company focusing on Sicily and Naples. And in 2025, the breathtaking Amalfi Coast was added.
MY JOURNEY TO SICILY - HOW IT ALL STARTED
The years 2020 and 2021 were characterized by change and uncertainty. In the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, I found myself at a professional and personal dead end. In May 2020, I made the decision to pull up stakes in Munich, go traveling and gain new experiences. The first stage took me to the coast of Schleswig-Holstein, followed by stops in Denmark and the Czech Republic, until I finally arrived in Italy.
The constant lockdowns and travel restrictions at that time were a hindrance, but they also had their advantages: There were hardly any tourists on the road. One impressive experience was the almost deserted Charles Bridge in Prague - a magical moment. My final destination, however, was Sicily. I wanted to visit a friend I had met in Palermo in 2018. In January 2021, I finally took the ferry from Calabria to Sicily.
I rented a small BnB in my friend's neighboring village because I was so excited to see her again. I had originally only planned to stay for a week, but the beauty of the island and the feeling that I had finally arrived made me rethink my plans. I postponed my onward journey for a month. In the weeks that followed, I made contacts, received invitations and made friends. Spring arrived on the island and I found it increasingly difficult to leave the place. I extended my stay for another month.
On one of these beautiful evenings, over dinner with friends and great conversations about the future, I made the decision to stay in Sicily. The idea of reviving my old professional passion and offering tours of the island followed very quickly.
And here I am now - still happy with this decision. Over the last few years, I have traveled to Sicily again and again, with groups, friends and also alone. I have seen so much, but the potential of this island and its countless sights is far from exhausted. My passion for Sicily burns bright, and it is my great desire to explore this wonderful island and its culture in every detail!

I am a one-man (woman) business and plan and organize every trip from A to Z myself. I am passionate about researching sights, restaurants and hotels and immersing myself in the history and stories of the places. I'm always discovering new things and making contacts with fascinating people who love Sicily as much as I do. All this enables me to create trips that are very individual, extraordinary and eventful and that will be an unforgettable vacation experience for you.
